농업생산기반시설 및 주변지역 활용에 관한 특별법 제20조(준공검사)

① 사업시행자는 농업생산기반시설등활용사업의 전부 또는 일부를 완료한 때에는 지체 없이 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 농림축산식품부장관의 준공검사를 받아야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

② 농림축산식품부장관은 제1항에 따른 준공검사의 신청을 받은 때에는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 준공검사를 실시한 후 그 공사가 실시계획의 승인된 내용대로 시행되었다고 인정되는 때에는 농림축산식품부령으로 정하는 준공검사확인증을 그 신청인에게 교부하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

③ 사업시행자가 제1항에 따라 준공검사를 받은 때에는 제15조제1항 각 호에서 규정하는 인ㆍ허가등에 따른 해당 사업의 준공검사 또는 준공인가를 받은 것으로 본다. 이 경우 농림축산식품부장관은 그 준공검사에 관하여 관계 행정기관의 장과 미리 협의하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

④ 사업시행자는 농업생산기반시설등활용사업을 효율적으로 시행하기 위하여 필요한 때에는 실시계획의 범위 안에서 단계별 또는 시설별로 구분하여 준공검사를 신청할 수 있다.
