농업ㆍ농촌 및 식품산업 기본법 제33조(농업 생산기반의 정비)

① 국가와 지방자치단체는 친환경농업의 발전을 도모하고 농업 생산력이 안정적으로 확보될 수 있도록 농업 생산기반의 정비, 보강, 보전을 위하여 필요한 정책을 세우고 시행하여야 한다. <개정 2015.6.22>

② 농림축산식품부장관은 농촌 용수구역단위, 농업생산기반시설 등을 고려하여 제1항에 따른 정책을 세워야 하며, 이를 기본계획에 반영하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2015.6.22>
