농업ㆍ농촌 및 식품산업 기본법 제11조(농업 및 식품산업 관련 단체의 육성)

① 국가와 지방자치단체는 농업인, 식품산업에 종사하는 자 및 소비자의 권익을 보호하고 이들의 경제활동을 촉진하기 위하여 농업 및 식품산업과 관련된 단체의 설립 및 운영을 지원할 수 있다. <개정 2015.6.22>

② 국가와 지방자치단체는 제1항에 따른 단체들이 공동의 목적 실현을 위한 사회적 협의기구를 설립ㆍ운영하거나 단체의 회원 및 농업인 등에 대한 교육훈련, 경영지도, 상담 등에 필요한 시설을 설치ㆍ운영하려는 경우 이에 필요한 비용을 지원할 수 있다. <개정 2015.6.22>

③ 제1항 및 제2항에 따른 단체의 운영지원 또는 시설의 설치ㆍ운영 지원의 기준 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
