농업ㆍ농촌 공익기능 증진 직접지불제도 운영에 관한 법률 시행규칙 제6조(교육의 실시 및 이수 등)

① 농림축산식품부장관은 영 제14조제1항에 따른 농업ㆍ농촌의 공익기능 증진 관련 교육(이하 "교육"이라 한다)을 교육 이수 이력, 준수사항 위반 여부 등을 고려하여 농림축산식품부장관이 정하는 바에 따라 매년 실시한다. <개정 2025.6.2>

② 기본직접지불금 등록자는 법 제12조제3호에 따라 기본직접지불금을 지급받기 위해 교육을 이수하고, 그 교육 이수증을 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장(이하 "시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장등"이라 한다)에게 제출해야 한다. 다만, 농림축산식품부장관이 정하는 교육 이력 관리를 위한 전산시스템(이하 "교육 관리 시스템"이라 한다)을 통해 교육 이수 여부의 확인이 가능한 경우에는 제출을 생략할 수 있다.
