① 읍ㆍ면장은 제34조제1항에 따른 전략작물직접지불금 등록신청을 받으면 등록신청인이 영 제44조에 따른 전략작물직접지불금의 지급대상자인지 여부를 조사ㆍ확인해야 한다. <개정 2023.3.21>
