Enforcement Rule of the Act on the Operation of the Direct Payment System for Promoting the Public-Interest Functions of Agriculture and Rural Areas, Article 34 (Application for Registration as a Person Eligible for Strategic Crop Direct Payments)

① 영 제45조제1항에 따라 전략작물직접지불금을 지급받으려는 자는 별지 제18호서식 또는 별지 제19호서식에 따른 전략작물직접지불금 지급대상자 등록신청서를 지급대상 농지 소재지를 관할하는 읍ㆍ면장에게 제출해야 한다. <개정 2023.3.21>
