농업ㆍ농촌 공익기능 증진 직접지불제도 운영에 관한 법률 시행규칙 제13조(조사위원회의 운영)

① 조사위원회의 위원장은 조사위원회의 위원이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 해당 위원을 해촉할 수 있다.

② 조사위원회의 위원장은 조사위원회를 대표하고, 조사위원회의 업무를 총괄한다.

(2) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 an앤 investigation인^v베스터게이션 committee커미티 shall섈 represent^r레프^r리젠트 the^ð디 investigation인^v베스터게이션 committee커미티 and앤드 exercise엑서사이즈 general제너^r럴 control컨트^r로울 over오우^v버 its잇츠 affairs.어^f페어즈

③ 조사위원회는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의(開議)하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

④ 조사위원회의 회의에 참석하는 위원에게는 예산의 범위에서 수당과 여비를 지급할 수 있다. 다만, 공무원이 그 소관 업무와 직접적으로 관련되어 회의에 참석하는 경우에는 지급하지 않는다.

⑤ 제1항부터 제4항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 조사위원회의 운영에 필요한 사항은 농림축산식품부장관이 정하여 고시한다.
