농어촌정비법 시행규칙 제54조(한계농지등 정비지구 지정 신청서)

법 제95조제1항에 따라 한계농지등 정비지구 지정을 신청하려는 자는 별지 제82호서식의 한계농지등 정비지구 지정 신청서에 사업 시행 예정지의 위치도(축척 5천분의 1 이상의 지형도를 말하며, 사업 시행 예정지에 대하여 축척 5천분의 1 이상의 지형도가 작성된 경우로 한정한다)를 첨부하여 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 제출해야 한다. 이 경우 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 축적 5천분의 1 이상의 지형도가 작성되지 않은 사업 시행 예정지에 대해서는 「전자정부법」 제36조제1항에 따른 행정정보의 공동이용을 통하여 사업 시행 예정지의 지적도를 확인해야 한다.
