농어촌마을 주거환경 개선 및 리모델링 촉진을 위한 특별법 제35조(간선시설의 설치)

① 전기ㆍ통신ㆍ가스 및 지역난방 시설은 해당 지역에 전기ㆍ통신ㆍ가스 및 난방을 공급하는 자가 비용을 부담하여 설치한다. 다만, 사업시행자 등의 요청으로 전기간선시설을 땅속에 설치하는 경우에는 전기를 공급하는 자와 땅속에 설치할 것을 요청하는 자가 100분의 50의 비율로 각각 그 비용을 부담한다.

② 제1항에 따른 각 시설의 설치시기, 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
