Special Act on Health and Medical Services in Rural and Fishing Villages, etc., Article 20 (Prohibition of Leaving the Area of Jurisdiction by Community Health Practitioners)

① 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수 또는 구청장은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우 해당 관할구역의 보건진료 전담공무원에 대하여 관할구역 이탈금지를 명할 수 있다.

1. 해당 관할구역의 응급환자 처치를 위하여 필요한 때

2. 해당 관할구역에 「의료법」 제3조에 따른 의료기관이 없는 다음 각 목의 지역으로 주민들의 건강보호를 위하여 필요한 때

나. 「접경지역 지원 특별법」 제2조제1호에 따른 접경지역

(b)비 Border보더 areas에^r리어즈 under언더 Article아터클 2, subparagraph서브패^r러그^r래^f프 1 of어^v브 the^ð더 Special스페실 Act액트 on안 Support서포트 for^f포 Border보더 Areas;에^r리어즈 and앤드

3. 감염병 및 재해 등으로 많은 환자가 발생하거나 그 밖에 이에 준하는 사유가 발생한 경우

② 제1항에 따른 관할구역의 범위는 조례로 정하며, 관할구역 이탈금지에 관한 세부적인 사항은 보건복지부령으로 정한다.

③ 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수 또는 구청장은 보건진료 전담공무원이 해당 보건진료소의 관사에 거주하는 경우에는 예산의 범위에서 관사운영비를 지원할 수 있다.
