농어촌도로 정비법 제28조(공용 부담으로 인한 손실 보상)

① 이 법에 따른 처분이나 제한으로 인하여 손실을 입은 자가 있으면 해당 군수가 그 손실을 보상하여야 한다.

② 제1항에 따른 손실 보상에 관하여는 해당 군수가 그 손실을 입은 자와 협의하여야 한다.

(2) The^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 the^ð더 Gun건 concerned컨선드 shall섈 consult컨설트 with위^ð드 the^ð더 person퍼슨 who후 suffered서^f퍼드 the^ð더 loss로스 on안 compensation캄펀세이션 for^f포 loss로스 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1).

③ 제2항에 따른 협의가 성립되지 아니할 때에는 해당 군수는 스스로 결정한 금액을 손실을 입은 자에게 지급하여야 한다.

④ 보상금에 관하여 불복하는 자는 보상금을 받은 날부터 30일 이내에 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 관할 토지수용위원회에 재결(裁決)을 신청할 수 있다.
