농어업재해보험법 시행령 제12조의6(손해평가사 자격시험의 합격기준 등)

① 손해평가사 자격시험의 제1차 시험 합격자를 결정할 때에는 매 과목 100점을 만점으로 하여 매 과목 40점 이상과 전 과목 평균 60점 이상을 득점한 사람을 합격자로 한다.

② 손해평가사 자격시험의 제2차 시험 합격자를 결정할 때에는 매 과목 100점을 만점으로 하여 매 과목 40점 이상과 전 과목 평균 60점 이상을 득점한 사람을 합격자로 한다.

③ 제2항에도 불구하고 농림축산식품부장관이 손해평가사의 수급상 필요하다고 인정하여 제12조의2제2항제5호에 따라 선발예정인원을 공고한 경우에는 매 과목 40점 이상을 득점한 사람 중에서 전(全) 과목 총득점이 높은 사람부터 차례로 선발예정인원에 달할 때까지에 해당하는 사람을 합격자로 한다.

④ 제3항에 따라 합격자를 결정할 때 동점자가 있어 선발예정인원을 초과하는 경우에는 해당 동점자 모두를 합격자로 한다. 이 경우 동점자의 점수는 소수점 이하 둘째자리(셋째자리 이하 버림)까지 계산한다.

⑤ 농림축산식품부장관은 손해평가사 자격시험의 최종 합격자가 결정되었을 때에는 이를 인터넷 홈페이지에 공고하여야 한다.
