Enforcement Decree of the Agricultural and Fishery Disaster Insurance Act, Article 12-2 (Administration, etc. of Licensed Loss Assessor Qualification Examinations)

① 법 제11조의4제1항에 따른 손해평가사 자격시험(이하 "손해평가사 자격시험"이라 한다)은 매년 1회 실시한다. 다만, 농림축산식품부장관이 손해평가사의 수급(需給)상 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 2년마다 실시할 수 있다.

⑤ 농림축산식품부장관은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 제4항에 따라 받은 수수료를 다음 각 호의 구분에 따라 반환하여야 한다.
