농어업재해보험법 시행령 제12조의11(보험금수급전용계좌의 신청 방법ㆍ절차 등)

① 법 제11조의7제1항 본문에 따라 보험금을 수급권자 명의의 지정된 계좌(이하 "보험금수급전용계좌"라 한다)로 받으려는 사람은 재해보험사업자가 정하는 보험금 지급청구서에 수급권자 명의의 보험금수급전용계좌를 기재하고, 통장의 사본(계좌번호가 기재된 면을 말한다)을 첨부하여 재해보험사업자에게 제출해야 한다. 보험금수급전용계좌를 변경하는 경우에도 또한 같다.

② 법 제11조의7제1항 단서에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 불가피한 사유"란 보험금수급전용계좌가 개설된 금융기관의 폐업ㆍ업무 정지 등으로 정상영업이 불가능한 경우를 말한다.

③ 재해보험사업자는 법 제11조의7제1항 단서에 따른 사유로 보험금을 이체할 수 없을 때에는 수급권자의 신청에 따라 다른 금융기관에 개설된 보험금수급전용계좌로 이체해야 한다. 다만, 다른 보험금수급전용계좌로도 이체할 수 없는 경우에는 수급권자 본인의 주민등록증(모바일 주민등록증을 포함한다) 등 신분증명서의 확인을 거쳐 보험금을 직접 현금으로 지급할 수 있다. <개정 2024.12.3>
