Act on Safety Insurance for Farmers and Fishers and Prevention of Safety Accidents, Article 7 (Insurance business operators)

① 보험사업을 할 수 있는 자는 다음 각 호와 같다.

③ 제2항에 따라 약정을 체결한 보험사업자는 제출한 서류의 내용 중 대통령령으로 정하는 중요한 사항을 변경하려는 경우에는 농림축산식품부장관 또는 해양수산부장관과 다시 약정을 체결하여야 한다.
