농어업인의 안전보험 및 안전재해예방에 관한 법률 제22조(권한 등의 위임ㆍ위탁)

① 이 법에 따른 농림축산식품부장관 또는 해양수산부장관의 권한은 그 일부를 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 소속 기관의 장에게 위임할 수 있다.

② 이 법에 따른 농림축산식품부장관 또는 해양수산부장관의 업무는 그 일부를 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 「공공기관의 운영에 관한 법률」 제4조에 따른 공공기관에 위탁할 수 있다.
