농어업인의 안전보험 및 안전재해예방에 관한 법률 시행령 제9조(고유식별정보의 처리)

① 보험사업자는 법 제6조에 따른 보험가입자 자격 확인에 관한 사무를 수행하기 위하여 불가피한 경우 「개인정보 보호법 시행령」 제19조제1호에 따른 주민등록번호가 포함된 자료를 처리할 수 있다.

② 보험사업자(법 제7조제1항제1호에 따른 보험회사는 제외한다)는 「상법」 제639조에 따른 타인을 위한 보험계약의 체결, 유지ㆍ관리, 보험금 지급 등에 관한 사무를 수행하기 위하여 불가피한 경우 「개인정보 보호법 시행령」 제19조제1호에 따른 주민등록번호가 포함된 자료를 처리할 수 있다.
