Agrochemicals Control Act, Article 9 (Review, etc. of Item Registration Application Documents, etc.)

① 농촌진흥청장은 제8조제2항에 따른 신청을 받으면 농업과학기술에 관한 업무를 관장하는 행정기관의 장으로 하여금 신청인이 제출한 서류를 검토하고, 농약의 시료를 검사하도록 하여야 한다.
