농약관리법 제23조의8(조정의 거부ㆍ중지 및 종결)

① 조정위원회는 분쟁의 성질상 조정위원회에서 조정하는 것이 적합하지 아니하다고 인정하거나 부정한 목적으로 신청되었다고 인정하는 사유가 있는 경우에는 해당 조정을 거부할 수 있다. 이 경우 조정 거부의 사유 등을 신청인에게 통지하여야 한다.

② 조정위원회는 조정절차 진행 중에 한 쪽 당사자가 조정의 대상인 분쟁을 원인으로 하는 소를 제기하거나 조정 개시 전에 이미 소가 제기된 사실을 확인한 경우에는 그 조정절차를 중지하고 이를 당사자에게 통지하여야 한다. 다만, 소가 취하된 경우 조정위원회는 조정절차를 속개할 수 있다.

③ 조정위원회는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 조정을 종결할 수 있다. 이 경우 그 사실과 이유를 당사자에게 통지하여야 한다.
