농약관리법 제23조의2(판매ㆍ구매 정보의 기록 및 보존 등)

Agrochemicals Control Act, Article 23-2 (Recording and Retention, etc. of Sales and Purchase Information)

① 제조업자ㆍ수입업자ㆍ판매업자가 농약등을 판매한 경우 또는 수출입식물방제업자등이 농약등을 사용한 경우에는 다음 각 호의 사항을 전자적으로 기록 및 보존하여야 한다. 다만, 자신의 영농활동 등의 목적으로 사용하는 자에게 판매하는 용기ㆍ포장의 크기가 50㎖(g) 이하인 소포장 농약등은 제외한다. <개정 2018.12.31, 2021.6.15>
