농수산물 품질관리법 제97조(검사판정의 취소)

Agricultural and Fishery Products Quality Control Act, Article 97 (Revocation of Inspection Determination)

해양수산부장관은 제88조에 따른 검사나 제96조에 따른 재검사를 받은 수산물 또는 수산가공품이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하면 검사판정을 취소할 수 있다. 다만, 제1호에 해당하면 검사판정을 취소하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>
