농수산물 품질관리법 제92조(수산물검사관의 자격취소 등)

Agricultural and Fishery Products Quality Control Act, Article 92 (Revocation of Qualification of Fishery Products Inspectors)

① 국가검역ㆍ검사기관의 장은 수산물검사관에게 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사유가 발생하면 그 자격을 취소하거나 6개월 이내의 기간을 정하여 자격의 정지를 명할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23>
