농수산물 품질관리법 제5조(표준규격)

① 농림축산식품부장관 또는 해양수산부장관은 농수산물(축산물은 제외한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다)의 상품성을 높이고 유통 능률을 향상시키며 공정한 거래를 실현하기 위하여 농수산물의 포장규격과 등급규격(이하 "표준규격"이라 한다)을 정할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23>

② 표준규격에 맞는 농수산물(이하 "표준규격품"이라 한다)을 출하하는 자는 포장 겉면에 표준규격품의 표시를 할 수 있다.

③ 표준규격의 제정기준, 제정절차 및 표시방법 등에 필요한 사항은 농림축산식품부령 또는 해양수산부령으로 정한다. <개정 2013.3.23>
