농수산물의 원산지 표시 등에 관한 법률 제16조의2(자수자에 대한 특례)

제6조제1항 또는 제2항을 위반한 자가 자신의 위반사실을 자수한 때에는 그 형을 감경하거나 면제한다. 이 경우 제7조에 따라 조사권한을 가진 자 또는 수사기관에 자신의 위반사실을 스스로 신고한 때를 자수한 때로 본다.
