농수산물 유통 및 가격안정에 관한 법률 제21조(도매시장의 관리)

① 도매시장 개설자는 소속 공무원으로 구성된 도매시장 관리사무소(이하 "관리사무소"라 한다)를 두거나 「지방공기업법」에 따른 지방공사(이하 "관리공사"라 한다), 제24조의 공공출자법인 또는 한국농수산식품유통공사 중에서 시장관리자를 지정할 수 있다. <개정 2011.7.25>

② 도매시장 개설자는 관리사무소 또는 시장관리자로 하여금 시설물관리, 거래질서 유지, 유통 종사자에 대한 지도ㆍ감독 등에 관한 업무 범위를 정하여 해당 도매시장 또는 그 개설구역에 있는 도매시장의 관리업무를 수행하게 할 수 있다.
