농수산물 유통 및 가격안정에 관한 법률 제18조(개설구역)

① 도매시장의 개설구역은 도매시장이 개설되는 특별시ㆍ광역시ㆍ특별자치시ㆍ특별자치도 또는 시의 관할구역으로 한다.

② 농림축산식품부장관 또는 해양수산부장관은 해당 지역에서의 농수산물의 원활한 유통을 위하여 필요하다고 인정할 때에는 도매시장의 개설구역에 인접한 일정 구역을 그 도매시장의 개설구역으로 편입하게 할 수 있다. 다만, 시가 개설하는 지방도매시장의 개설구역에 인접한 구역으로서 그 지방도매시장이 속한 도의 일정 구역에 대하여는 해당 도지사가 그 지방도매시장의 개설구역으로 편입하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23>
