농림식품과학기술 육성법 제12조의3(신기술 인증의 표시)

① 제12조의2제4항에 따라 신기술 인증을 받은 자는 신기술을 이용하여 제조한 제품이나 그 제품의 포장ㆍ용기 및 홍보물 등에 농림축산식품부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 신기술이 이용되는 부분의 표시와 함께 신기술 인증의 표시를 사용할 수 있다. <개정 2016.12.27>

② 신기술을 이용하여 제조한 제품이 아닌 경우에는 해당 제품이나 그 포장 및 홍보물 등에 제1항에 따른 표시 또는 이와 유사한 표시를 하거나 홍보(인터넷 등 전자적 방식에 의한 홍보를 포함한다. 이하 같다)를 하여서는 아니 된다.
