농림식품과학기술 육성법 시행령 제10조(협약의 체결)

① 농림축산식품부장관은 제9조에 따라 연구과제가 선정되면 연구과제를 주관하여 수행하는 기관이나 단체 등(법 제6조제2항 후단의 경우에는 그 기관이 속한 법인의 대표를 말한다. 이하 "주관연구기관"이라 한다)과 연구과제의 선정을 통보한 날부터 1개월 이내에 협약을 체결하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2017.6.27>

② 주관연구기관은 제1항에 따라 협약을 체결할 때 연구에 필요한 비용에 정부 외의 자의 출연금이나 기업의 기술개발비(현물을 포함한다)가 포함되는 경우에는 그 비용을 부담하는 자와 미리 계약을 체결하여야 한다.

③ 제1항에 따른 협약에는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함되어야 한다.
