농림수산업자 신용보증법 제8조(금융기관의 대출 관련 금전채무에 대한 보증관계)

① 관리기관은 금융기관과 제4조제3항제1호에 따른 농림수산업자등의 금전채무를 기금에서 보증한다는 것을 내용으로 하는 계약을 체결하여야 한다.

② 관리기관이 농림수산업자등으로부터 신용보증 신청을 받아 이를 심사한 후 제1항의 계약을 체결한 금융기관에 보증하기로 통지하는 분에 대하여는 관리기관과 해당 금융기관 사이에 보증관계가 성립된다. 다만, 보증관계의 효력은 해당 금융기관이 대출금을 지급한 때에 발생하는 것으로 본다.
