녹색건축물 조성 지원법 제18조(건축물 에너지성능정보의 공개 및 활용 등)

① 국토교통부장관은 대통령령으로 정하는 건축물의 연간 에너지 사용량, 온실가스 배출량 또는 제17조에 따른 제로에너지건축물 인증등급 등이 표시된 건축물 에너지 평가서를 제10조제5항에 따른 방법으로 공개하여야 한다. <개정 2014.5.28, 2016.1.19, 2024.2.20>

② 「공인중개사법」에 따른 중개업자가 제1항에 해당하는 건축물을 중개할 때에는 매입자 또는 임차인이 중개 대상 건축물의 에너지 평가서를 확인할 수 있도록 안내할 수 있다. <개정 2014.5.28, 2018.8.14>
