녹색건축물 조성 지원법 제13조의2(공공건축물의 에너지 소비량 공개 등)

① 공공부문의 건축물 에너지절약 및 온실가스 감축을 위하여 대통령령으로 정하는 건축물(이하 "공공건축물"이라 한다)의 사용자 또는 관리자는 국토교통부장관에게 해당 건축물의 에너지 소비량을 매 분기마다 보고하여야 한다.

② 국토교통부장관은 제1항에 따라 보고받은 공공건축물의 에너지 소비량을 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 공개하여야 한다.

(2) The^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Land,랜드 Infrastructure인^f프^r러스트^r럭처 and앤드 Transport트^r랜스포트 shall섈 disclose디스클로우즈 the^ð디 energy에너지 consumption컨섬프션 of어^v브 public퍼블릭 buildings빌딩즈 reported^r리포티드 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1), as애즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Presidential프^r레저덴실 Decree.디크^r리

③ 국토교통부장관은 제1항에 따라 보고받은 에너지 소비량을 검토한 결과 에너지효율이 낮은 건축물에 대하여는 건축물의 에너지효율 및 성능개선을 요구하여야 하고, 공공건축물의 사용자 또는 관리자는 특별한 사유가 없으면 이에 따라야 한다. <개정 2021.7.27>

④ 제1항부터 제3항까지에 따른 에너지 소비량 보고, 공개, 표시 방법 및 에너지 소비량의 적정성 검토방법 등 필요한 사항은 국토교통부령으로 정한다.
