노후준비 지원법 시행령 제11조(노후준비 사업 수행 평가)

① 보건복지부장관은 법 제10조의2에 따라 광역센터 및 지역센터에서 제공하는 노후준비서비스의 적정성 등을 평가하려는 경우에는 평가 지침을 작성하여 평가 대상이 되는 광역센터 및 지역센터의 장에게 통보해야 한다. <개정 2022.6.21>

② 광역센터 및 지역센터의 장은 매년 3월 20일까지 전년도의 경영실적이 포함된 보고서를 보건복지부장관에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2022.6.21>

(2) The^ð더 heads헤즈 of어^v브 Metropolitan메트^r러팔러튼 Centers센터즈 and앤드 Local로우클 Centers센터즈 shall섈 submit서브밋 a어 report^r리포트 including인클루딩 the^ð더 previous프^r리^v비어스 year's이어즈 management매너지먼트 performance퍼^f포먼스 to투 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Health헬^θ스 and앤드 Welfare웰^f페어 by바이 March마치 20 of어^v브 each이치 year.이어

③ 광역센터 및 지역센터의 평가는 보고서 평가, 현장 평가, 노후준비서비스 만족도 평가 등의 방법으로 실시한다. <개정 2022.6.21>

(3) The^ð디 evaluation이^v밸류에이션 of어^v브 Metropolitan메트^r러팔러튼 Centers센터즈 and앤드 Local로우클 Centers센터즈 shall섈 be비 conducted컨덕티드 by바이 methods메^θ써즈 such서치 as애즈 report^r리포트 evaluation,이^v밸류에이션 on-site안-사잇 evaluation,이^v밸류에이션 and앤드 evaluation이^v밸류에이션 of어^v브 satisfaction새터스^f팩션 with위^ð드 retirement^r리타이어먼트 preparation프^r레퍼^r레이션 services.서^v버시즈

④ 보건복지부장관은 제3항에 따른 평가를 위하여 필요한 경우에는 광역센터 및 지역센터에 관련 자료의 제출을 요청할 수 있다. <개정 2022.6.21>

⑤ 보건복지부장관은 매년 6월 20일까지 광역센터 및 지역센터의 노후준비 사업 수행에 대해 평가하여 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 자에게 평가 결과를 통보해야 한다. <개정 2022.6.21>

⑥ 보건복지부장관은 제5항에 따른 평가 결과를 보건복지부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 공개할 수 있다. <신설 2022.6.21>

⑦ 보건복지부장관은 제1항부터 제5항까지의 규정에도 불구하고 법 제10조의2에 따라 국민연금공단에 광역센터 및 지역센터의 노후준비 사업 수행의 적정성 등의 평가 업무를 위탁한 경우에는 광역센터 또는 지역센터로 지정된 국민연금공단의 분사무소에 대한 평가 방법을 달리 정할 수 있다. <신설 2022.6.21>

⑧ 제1항부터 제7항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 평가 기준 등 평가에 필요한 사항은 보건복지부령으로 정한다. <신설 2022.6.21>
