남북협력기금법 시행령 제7조(기금의 지원등의 절차)

①법 제8조에 따른 용도에 기금을 사용하고자 하는 자는 통일부장관에게 기금의 지원, 보증, 융자, 보험, 손실보전 또는 비지정통화의 인수(이하 "지원등"이라 한다)신청서를 제출하여야 한다. <개정 1991.2.1, 2005.12.14, 2010.9.27>

② 통일부장관은 제1항에 따른 기금 지원등의 신청을 받은 때에는 통일부령으로 정하는 중요한 사항에 대해서는 협의회의 의결을 거쳐 기금 지원등을 결정하고, 그 밖의 사항에 대해서는 통일부장관이 기금 지원등을 결정한다. <개정 2010.9.27>

③통일부장관은 기금의 지원등을 결정하기 전에 기금수탁관리자로 하여금 기금의 지원등의 타당성ㆍ규모 및 조건등을 검토한 심사보고서를 제출하게 할 수 있다. <개정 1991.2.1, 2005.12.14>

④통일부장관은 제2항의 규정에 의하여 기금의 지원등을 결정한 때에는 이를 기금수탁관리자에게 통보하여야 한다. <개정 1991.2.1, 2005.12.14>
