남북협력기금법 시행령 제17조(기금의 사용계획ㆍ결과보고)

①기금의 지원등을 받고자 하는 자는 기금의 지원등을 신청할 때에 기금사용계획서를, 기금의 지원등을 받아 사업을 시행한 경우에는 기금사용결과보고서를 각각 통일부장관에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 1991.2.1, 2005.12.14>

②제1항의 규정에 의한 기금사용계획서 및 기금 사용결과보고에 관하여 필요한 사항은 기금운용관리규정으로 정한다.
