Enforcement Rule of the Equal Employment Opportunity and Work-Family Balance Assistance Act, Article 13 (Request for Supplementation of Implementation Plans)
성평등가족부장관은 법 제17조의3제4항에 따라 사업주에게 시행계획의 보완을 요구하는 경우에는 30일 이상의 기간을 정하여 요구하여야 한다. <개정 2010.7.12, 2025.10.1>
Where the Minister of Gender Equality and Family requests an employer to supplement an implementation plan under Article 17-3 (4) of the Act, he or she shall make the request by setting a period of at least 30 days.
