난민법 제25조(난민위원회의 설치 및 구성)

① 제21조에 따른 이의신청에 대한 심의를 하기 위하여 법무부에 난민위원회(이하 "위원회"라 한다)를 둔다.

② 위원회는 위원장 1명을 포함한 15명 이하의 위원으로 구성한다.

③ 위원회에 분과위원회를 둘 수 있다.
