낙동강수계 물관리 및 주민지원 등에 관한 법률 제38조(기금의 회계기관)

① 기금의 수입과 지출에 관한 업무를 하기 위하여 제37조제7항에 따른 사무국에 기금출납명령관과 기금출납관을 둔다.

(1) A어 fund^f펀드 disbursement-ordering디스버스먼트-오더^r링 officer오^f퍼서 and앤드 a어 fund^f펀드 cashier캐쉬어 shall섈 be비 assigned어사인드 to투 the^ð더 secretariat세크^r리테^r리엇 under언더 Article아터클 37 (7) to투 handle핸들 work워크 concerning컨서닝 the^ð더 revenues^r레^v버누즈 and앤드 expenditures익스펜더처즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Fund.^f펀드

② 제1항에 따른 기금출납명령관과 기금출납관에 대하여는 「회계관계직원 등의 책임에 관한 법률」을 준용한다.

(2) The^ð디 Act액트 on안 the^ð더 Liability라이어빌리티 of어^v브 Accounting어카운팅 Officials,어^f피실즈 etc.엣세터^r러 shall섈 apply어플라이 mutatis뮤타티즈 mutandis뮤탠디즈 to투 the^ð더 fund^f펀드 disbursement-ordering디스버스먼트-오더^r링 officer오^f퍼서 and앤드 fund^f펀드 cashier캐쉬어 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1).
