낙동강수계 물관리 및 주민지원 등에 관한 법률 시행령 제7조(하천인접지역의 범위)

① 법 제6조제3항 각 호 외의 부분에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 거리 이내의 지역"이란 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 거리 이내의 지역을 말한다. 이 경우 거리는 승인ㆍ허가 등의 대상이 되는 사업 등의 부지로부터 오염물질이 낙동강본류 또는 이에 직접 유입되는 지류의 경계까지 도달할 수 있는 최단 거리로 하되, 그 유하거리를 산정할 수 있는 경우에는 유하거리로 한다. <개정 2014.7.28>
