Enforcement Decree of the Framework Act on Carbon Neutrality and Green Growth for Coping with Climate Crisis, Article 26 (Dismissal of Members of the Greenhouse Gas Information Disclosure Review Committee)

① 제24조제2항제1호에 따라 온실가스정보공개심사위원회의 위원을 지명한 기관의 장은 해당 위원이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 그 지명을 철회할 수 있다.
