기업 활력 제고를 위한 특별법 제24조의2(공동행위 인가 절차의 병행)

대통령령으로 정하는 기업이 요청하는 경우에는 사업재편계획에 대한 심의위원회의 심의와 「독점규제 및 공정거래에 관한 법률」 제40조제3항에 따른 공정거래위원회의 인가 절차를 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 병행할 수 있다. 이 경우 인가 절차에 소요되는 기간은 제10조제2항의 기간에 산입하지 아니한다.
