기업활동 규제완화에 관한 특별조치법 제52조(화학물질의 표시 등에 대한 중복 규제의 완화)

① 같은 물질의 용기 또는 포장에 「화학물질관리법」 제16조에 따른 유해화학물질에 관한 표시를 한 자는 기후에너지환경부장관이 소방청장과 협의하여 정하는 방법에 따라 「위험물 안전관리법」 제20조에 따라 행정안전부령으로 정하는 위험물의 적재방법에 따른 위험물 운반용기와 이를 포장한 외부에 위험물의 표시를 한 것으로 본다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26, 2024.2.6, 2025.10.1>

② 같은 물질의 제조ㆍ보관ㆍ저장 장소 또는 운반시설 등에 다음 각 호의 표시 중 제1호를 포함한 둘 이상의 표시를 하여야 하는 자가 소방청장이 기후에너지환경부장관 및 고용노동부장관과 협의하여 정하는 방법에 따라 제1호의 표시를 한 경우에는 제2호 또는 제3호의 표시를 한 것으로 본다. <개정 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26, 2019.1.15, 2024.2.6, 2025.10.1>
