기업활동 규제완화에 관한 특별조치법 제50조(전자파적합성 평가의 완화)

전자파장해기기를 수입하려는 자가 과학기술정보통신부장관이 산업통상부장관과 협의하여 정하는 국가의 공인된 전자파적합인정기관에서 그 기기에 대하여 전자파적합의 인정을 받았음을 증명하는 서류를 과학기술정보통신부장관에게 제출하는 경우에는 「전파법」 제47조의3제1항의 전자파적합성기준에 관한 적합성평가를 받은 것으로 본다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26, 2025.10.1>
