① 과학기술정보통신부장관은 기업부설연구소등을 운영하는 기업이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 기업부설연구소등의 인정을 취소할 수 있다. 다만, 제1호부터 제3호까지에 해당하는 경우에는 그 인정을 취소하여야 한다.

② 과학기술정보통신부장관은 제1항에 따라 기업부설연구소등의 인정을 취소하려는 경우에는 청문을 실시하여야 한다. 다만, 다음 각 호에 해당하는 경우에는 청문을 실시하지 아니할 수 있다.
