기업도시개발 특별법 제36조의2(전학ㆍ입학 편의 제공)

교육감 또는 교육장은 기업도시 및 인근지역(이하 이 조에서 "기업도시등"이라 한다)으로 이전하는 공공기관, 기업 등을 따라 이주하는 소속 직원의 자녀들이 이주하여 온 기업도시등에 있는 초등학교ㆍ중등학교에 전학ㆍ입학을 하는 경우 불이익을 받지 아니하도록 필요한 조치를 하여야 한다.
