기업구조조정투자회사법 제33조(재산상태의 조사)

①청산인은 취임후 지체없이 회사의 재산상태를 조사하여 대통령령이 정하는 바에 따라 재산목록과 대차대조표를 작성하여 이를 감사에게 제출하여야 한다.

②감사는 제1항의 규정에 의하여 재산목록과 대차대조표를 받은 날부터 2주 이내에 감사보고서를 청산인에게 제출하여야 한다.

③제2항의 규정에 의한 감사보고서의 기재사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
