Corporate Restructuring Investment Companies Act, Article 31 (Report by Liquidators)
청산인은 취임한 날부터 2주 이내에 다음 각호의 사항을 금융감독위원회에 신고하여야 한다.
A liquidator shall report the following to the Financial Supervisory Commission within two weeks from the date of assuming office:
1.해산의 사유와 그 연월일
1. The grounds for dissolution and the date;
2.청산인의 성명ㆍ주민등록번호 및 주소
2. The names, resident registration numbers, and addresses of liquidators.
