Act on Promotion of Technology Transfer and Commercialization, Article 35-7 (Revocation of Permission, etc.)

① 산업통상부장관은 기술신탁관리기관이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하면 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 허가를 취소하거나 6개월 이내의 기간을 정하여 업무의 정지를 명할 수 있다. 다만, 제1호부터 제3호까지 중 어느 하나에 해당하면 그 허가를 취소하여야 한다. <개정 2012.1.26, 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>

1. 거짓이나 그 밖의 부정한 방법으로 제35조의2제1항에 따른 허가를 받은 경우
