기술보증기금법 제47조(보고ㆍ검사)

① 중소벤처기업부장관은 기금의 설립목적을 달성하기 위하여 필요하면 기금, 기금으로부터 업무의 위탁을 받은 금융회사(이하 이 조에서 "수탁자"라 한다) 또는 기금에 출연하는 금융회사등에 보고서의 제출을 요구하거나 소속 공무원으로 하여금 그 업무상황이나 장부ㆍ서류 또는 그 밖에 필요한 물건을 검사하게 할 수 있다. 다만, 수탁자에 대하여는 위탁받은 업무에 한정하고, 기금에 출연하는 금융회사등에 대하여는 출연에 관련된 사항에 한정한다. <개정 2017.7.26>

② 중소벤처기업부장관은 제1항에 따른 검사를 금융위원회에 요청할 수 있다. <개정 2017.7.26>

③ 제1항 및 제2항에 따라 검사를 하는 사람은 그 권한을 표시하는 증표를 지니고 이를 관계인에게 보여 주어야 한다.
