기금이 보증채무를 이행하였을 때에는 해당 기업으로부터 그 이행한 금액에 대하여 연율(年率) 100분의 20을 초과하지 아니하는 범위에서 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 손해금을 받는다. <개정 2020.2.11>
