기술보증기금법 제33조(보증료 등)

① 기금은 보증을 받은 기업으로부터 보증금액에 대하여 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 신용도 등을 고려하여 보증료를 받는다. 이 경우 기술보증을 받은 신기술사업자의 해당 사업이 현저한 경영성과를 얻은 경우에는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 신기술사업자로부터 별도의 약정에 따른 성과보증료를 받을 수 있다. <개정 2016.3.29>

② 기금은 보증을 받은 기업이 그 기한까지 채무를 이행하지 아니하여 보증채무의 이행책임이 해제되지 아니하였을 때에는 보증한 채무 중 이행되지 아니한 금액에 대하여 그 기업으로부터 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 추가보증료를 받는다.

③ 기금은 보증을 받은 기업이 보증료의 지급기한까지 보증료를 지급하지 아니하였을 때에는 미지급 보증료에 대하여 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 연체보증료를 받는다.

(3) Where웨어 an앤 enterprise엔터프^r라이즈 that^ð댓 has해즈 received^r러시^v브드 a어 guarantee게^r런티 fails^f페일즈 to투 pay페이 the^ð더 guarantee게^r런티 fee^f피 by바이 the^ð더 payment페이먼트 deadline,데들라인 the^ð더 Corporation코퍼^r레이션 shall섈 receive^r러시^v브 an앤 overdue오우^v버두 guarantee게^r런티 fee^f피 on안 the^ð디 unpaid언페이드 guarantee게^r런티 fee,^f피 as애즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Presidential프^r레저덴실 Decree.디크^r리

④ 기금은 재보증을 받은 자로부터 재보증금액에 대하여 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 재보증료를 징수한다.

(4) The^ð더 Corporation코퍼^r레이션 shall섈 collect컬렉트 a어 reguarantee^r리개^r런티 fee^f피 from^f프^r럼 the^ð더 person퍼슨 who후 has해즈 received^r러시^v브드 a어 reguarantee,^r리개^r런티 on안 the^ð더 reguarantee^r리개^r런티 amount,어마운트 as애즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Presidential프^r레저덴실 Decree.디크^r리
